1. Products & Services
• We sell high-resolution satellite image digital downloads, custom satellite imagery, and print-on-demand products.
• All product descriptions and images are provided in good faith, but colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device or printer.

2. License & Permitted Use
• Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased image for personal use and limited commercial purposes.
• You may:
– Use the image for personal display (digital wallpaper, prints, décor).
– Use the image in personal or commercial design projects where the image is not the primary value of the product.
• You may not:
– Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the image in its original or modified form.
– Claim the image as your own work.
– Use the image in a way that violates applicable laws.

3. Copyright & Ownership
• All images remain the intellectual property of Any Place From Space.
• Some imagery contains modified Copernicus Sentinel data, which is in the public domain, but our processed versions are copyright-protected as creative works.

4. Custom Orders
• Custom orders are processed based on the date, location, and specifications you provide.
• We cannot guarantee image availability for all dates and locations due to satellite coverage limitations.
• Custom orders are final and non-refundable unless we cannot fulfill your request.

5. Pricing & Payment
• Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.
• Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your location.
• Payments are processed securely through our e-commerce platform.

6. Delivery
• Digital downloads are available immediately after purchase.
• Print-on-demand products are fulfilled by third-party providers and shipped directly to you. Delivery times vary by location.

7. Refunds & Returns
• Digital downloads: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a file has been delivered, except in cases of duplicate purchase or file corruption.
• Print products: We accept returns or replacements only for damaged or defective items. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

8. Limitation of Liability
• Our images are for general informational and aesthetic purposes only. We make no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of our products.
